By accessing and using the Thinklio platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
Thinklio provides an AI agent orchestration platform that enables organizations to deploy, manage, and govern autonomous AI agents. The Service includes agent configuration, policy enforcement, audit logging, usage monitoring, and related administrative tools.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Thinklio immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to:
You acknowledge that AI agents configured through the platform operate according to policies you define. You are responsible for configuring appropriate governance policies, budget limits, and approval workflows for your organization’s agents.
Your use of the Service involves processing data through AI language models. You are responsible for ensuring that any data processed through agents complies with applicable data protection regulations and your organization’s data policies.
Usage of the Service is subject to the fees outlined in your subscription plan. Platform execution costs and LLM provider costs are metered and billed monthly. Detailed cost breakdowns are available in the Usage & Costs section of the admin dashboard.
Thinklio endeavors to maintain 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) applicable to your plan governs availability commitments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinklio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to actions taken by AI agents configured on the platform.
Thinklio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the billing contact on file. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
