Thinklio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI agent orchestration platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Name, email address, organization name, and billing details provided during registration.

Usage data: Interaction logs, agent execution records, cost metrics, and audit trail data generated through platform use.

Content data: Information processed by AI agents on your behalf, including queries, documents, and knowledge facts created during agent interactions.

Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps collected automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Providing and maintaining the Service
  • Processing agent interactions and enforcing governance policies
  • Generating usage reports and cost analytics
  • Maintaining audit logs for compliance purposes
  • Sending service notifications and billing communications
  • Improving and optimizing platform performance
  • Detecting and preventing security incidents

4. Data Storage and Regions

Your data is stored in the data region selected during organization setup. Available regions include EU (Nuremberg, Germany), US (Virginia), and APAC (Sydney, Australia). Data does not leave your selected region except where explicitly configured for LLM provider routing.

5. Data Retention

Interaction data and audit logs are retained for the period configured in your organization settings (default: 12 months). Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may export your data at any time through the Settings page.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) to process agent interactions. Data sent to LLM providers is governed by their respective privacy policies. We select providers that offer enterprise data processing agreements and do not use your data for model training.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • LLM providers as necessary to process agent interactions
  • Infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law
  • Professional advisors for legal, audit, or accounting purposes

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. Organization administrators can export all data through the admin dashboard. For individual data requests, contact privacy@thinklio.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. For details on our security practices, please refer to our Security page.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email to the billing contact on file and by posting the updated policy on this page.
